The quality of service of MemoriesbyCarousel.com had gone from a 9 out of 10 at contract signing, to 0 out of 10 on delivery of products and services. Be warned!!!, if you do business with Ernie (MemoriesbyCarousel.com) you might not get your pictures or album until a full year later, if not longer, had it not been my wife's constant calling and bugging, we probably wouldn't had gotten our album for even longer.
These guys are full of false verbal promises and cannot deliver. For a whole year, my wife constantly tried to get back in touch with the photographer after the wedding date to find out when the pictures and album will be ready. She could never track down the guy, who constantly told us "it's almost ready" in emails. Once you signed the contract and paid them, they completely blow you off.
For a whole year we've heard the same "it's almost ready", and finally took him 6~8 months to get us just the digital print, and a whole year to get us the actual album. The constant stress my wife went through is just not worth it. They even spelled our name wrong on the photo album and had to send it back to get it redone. These people are the most unprofessional professionals we've ever encountered.
Stay FAR AWAY from these guys at all cost. The amount of stress that it will cause you for doing business with them is just totally not worth the lower price point they promise you. Do yourself a favor, pay a couple hundred bucks more and get a better photographer. If we had to do it all over again, we would've paid more and gone to the real professionals. Lesson learned. Worst photographer ever!
