A friend referred Robles Video Productions and we are so happy she did! We wanted something simple, but most places had ridiculously high prices. Robles Video Productions offers different packages for a reasonable price and the quality of their videography is amazing. Plus, they are very prompt at replying to emails/calls/text messages! For a bride, that is very important!

We got the highlight film, raw footage of our ceremony, and the photo booth. The photo booth has a lot of fun props and the setup was super cute. My husband and I are in love with our highlight film! April captured the most important and special moments of our traditional Mexican wedding. The music from the highlight film made my heart melt.it was just perfect!

Due to COVID, we didn't get to meet April in person until the day of the wedding. She is a very sweet lady and you can tell she is passionate about what she does. My husband and I felt really comfortable with her. Our ceremony was in Anaheim, CA and our venue was at a ranch in Riverside, CA. Even with terrible traffic, April made it on time! It was crazy to plan a wedding during COVID but April made it easy and was really great to work with. Not only did she do our video production she also helped us out in things you wouldn't expect from a videographer. She helped and gave us tips on plenty of other things including our timeline of the wedding. She captured amazing video footage that we will cherish and remind us for years to come.

Price is just right with the quality of video she provides. Communication is on point. My partner and I work with Robles Video quiet often. April is very professional and cares for not only her client but all the guests and the vendors. Working during the pandemic wasn't easy at all but April and her team were a pleasure to work with, per usual. This review is LONG overdue but I wanted to express my happiness with the Robles team! I met April over the phone and I immediately knew she was the one. She was incredibly kind and enthusiastic and presented herself in a such a professional manner - you can tell she loves what she does. We had the Robles team shoot our Sangeet, Wedding, and Reception and everything went so smoothly!

The team was on time and knew exactly where to be and what to do. As a bride, the last thing you want is to worry about vendors - I had zero worry when it came to the Robles team. We received our highlight video and footage in a timely manner and we loved it! It was high quality and captured exactly what we wanted. Footage and wedding video was amazing. I would book them again in a heartbeat. Working with them on a schedule and timeline was hard. I felt like I didn't understand what to expect in making a timeline and when I asked if this information could have been given to me sooner. I was told they don't do this because some brides get too overwhelmed. I guess I wish I had known this sooner instead of a few weeks before the wedding. Especially when I was planning my own wedding.

I couldn't be more happier with our highlight video! The Robles team did such a great job! I was so excited to share it with my family and friends! Since we picked our own music, the link did blocked on youtube, but that was a risk we were willing to take. We met with April a couple times before the events just to go over and clarify what we wanted.

**This post covers everything from booking, to rescheduling during the pandemic, and how amazing April was through it all** I've followed April's work for the last 10 years. So when it came time for me to hire a videographer for my wedding - there was no doubt in my mind that April was going to be the best choice. From the moment my fiancee first spoke to April about our wedding, April was enthusiastic, honest, and accommodating to our every need.

She went above and beyond to email us, call us, and text us to make sure she had the details right. She even would ask us questions we didn't even consider asking to make sure she had the tools and information to give us exactly what we wanted in our wedding video. Then this pandemic happened. April reached out to me not as a business owner, not as a person shielding herself behind a contract, but as a human being who recognized that our big day was going to be impacted in a challenging way.

Her first questions were "is your fiancee doing okay, how are you doing, how are your families doing?" At a time when the wedding industry as a whole is suffering, at a time when vendors are not receiving any income during their peak season, at a time where no one knows how any of this is going to play out. here was April asking us how we were doing and if she could help us in any way.

Like many couples, we had to postpone our wedding. Because our families are from different states and most of our close family and friends live in other states/countries (and with the international travel restrictions) we had to split up all of our events across several weekends in 2021. Some of these dates are still TBD. APRIL WAS A ROCKSTAR in helping us out.

She worked with us on rescheduling, including making sure her sub-vendors and employees were available on our new dates - and making sure they would remain available on our TBD dates. She gave us honest cost benefit analysis on the changes we were considering. When we realized how busy and in-demand April is as a videographer, it should be noted that she really made us feel like we were her only client. I'm a lawyer and I've been working concurrently with other vendors on rescheduling.

Despite litigious nature that could go into working with vendors under a contract during this time, April approached this whole situation as a fair human being. I had absolutely no issues working with her. She is trustworthy, honest, and will always put her clients first. I will definitely hire her again for future events!

April and her team have been a breeze to work with during this crazy time. Our wedding was scheduled for the 2nd week of April, which in hindsight, turned out to be the peak of Covid-19 cases in America. About a month before, we came to the difficult decision of postponing our wedding. We decided to push back to October 2020, and April and her team worked quickly to accommodate us in their schedule with no extra charges.

Fast forward a few months later, we came to the difficult decision of having to postpone AGAIN because things hadn't improved as quickly as expected. Once again, April and her team accommodated us, drafted up the paperwork and had us all set for our new date within a matter of days at no extra charge. We would never have expected a global pandemic to hit right around our big day, but April and her team have made the experience quite a bit easier :

April Robles Patel is unscrupulous, rude and greedy. She makes a killing from COVID by keeping all of the advance payments collected from customers (in our case, it was close to 70% of her total charges) whose events had to be canceled due to the pandemic. When we requested to return at least some of it, she threatened to 'go legal' to extract the balance 30% from us!. Attached screenshots speak for themselves:

April and her team did an amazing job for our wedding video. She was a pleasure to work with and helped bring our ideas and vision for the same-day edit come to fruition. The video exceeded expectations and we have heard nothing but great feedback from our guests. The quality and execution was outstanding. I am very happy that I chose this company to cover my wedding. The video quality was 100% and their attention to detail is exceptional. We chose a platinum package which was a little out of our budget, and with it came some back and forth with pricing negotiations. But I am happy to say that in the end, the video turned out beautifully. Also, they do a great job blending in so that you don't even notice that they are there during the wedding. They knew exactly which details to capture and made us look really good!

I was very pleased with the video we ended up with! We received a cinematic highlight and it more than covered our wedding experience! Watching it we were able to relive our wedding and each detail and feeling that went along with it. The best part of using Robles was that I hardly even noticed they were capturing those intimate moments. I was able to live each moment at my actual wedding as well as live it over and over by watching the video after!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Before booking, you should know that April will be your best friend but after your event she will loose all interest in you! Especially if you have any questions or concerns about the finished product or LACK THEREOF! Forget customer is always right, the customer can't even express concerns because April (not even being at the event) will not only let you finish your sentence but will come up with every lame excuse in the book to defend her amateur videographer.

Save your money and time and book someone else to capture those special occasions and precious moments in your life! Because not only will they not be captured properly by Robles but you will deal with the most unprofessional person in charge!

My husband and I hired Robles Video Productions for our wedding cinematography. They also worked with us for my sister's wedding prior. They are amazing to work with. Everyone was prompt, kind, and professional. What we loved most about them was that they focused on our natural element.they blended right in and were able to capture pure and emotional moments. April, Kate, and Matt did a phenomenal job and we are so pleased with the results!

I used Robles video for my wedding in July of 2007. They claimed to have HD quality video at the time and that was the big driver for using them and paying the extra fee for HD. I had to buy the original tapes at $200 dollars and then they charged me to do our after reception interview. Robles took 5 months to deliver a sub par quality video, when we were viewing it we noticed that they stopped recording during my wedding vows and started up a few seconds later.

Initially they said they had to do it to change tapes, but later told us they accidentally hit the power button. Instead of their experienced videographer Scott, we got a student who showed up 20 minutes late, this is time Robles would not refund us for because "He was in traffic." We demanded they fix the video, it took another 4 months to get updated copies.

The editing quality looks as if they used iMovie to do the production. They asked for a lot of pictures for a montage and we sent them more then they asked for so they would have options, the lowest quality picture was 2048x1583. Now that Blu Ray is a dominate HD disk I decided to get our wedding video onto HD. Turns out they encoded it 480 on the tape so it is barely HD quality.

Also the pictures look terrible on a large screen, once on a Dual Layer DVD (Didn't need Blu Ray because it is so small), the picture quality is a little pixelated on my montage. So really I did not get what I was promised. Moral of the story is get all the details in writing. Robles will do everything they can to charge extra, they will lie to you and hope you forget. When you bring issues to their attention they are arrogant and tell you that it cannot be avoided. It can be, don't use Robles.
