Dishonest about his prices, and he has you because you have to pay before viewing the final product, He refused to give me my Films and VHS tapes back, due to the fact the quote was 766.00 and when he called to tell me he finished the DVD's it was almost $1000.00 I filed a complaint with BBB and will have to take him to court now! BEWARE! Joe Hynek is a complete SHYSTER.Wow Joe, slandering my name. Sounds like allegations of medications are out of your league and unprofessional!

Had several video tapes converted to DVD. Two were bad. Ask if he would redo the two bad ones. He said yes, anytime. Due to logistics I could not get bad DVD's back to him until after several months. He then whined about the delay, though he said anytime initially. He could not improve the DVD's. Said it is a tape problem though when viewing the tapes on a player there is no issue. Whined when I went to pick up the tapes and DVD about not having my phone number even though it was on a note I gave him and he had my voice mail. A real pain to deal with and not quality work. Will go else where to get two tapes converted to DVD's

I had a very bad experience with aj's services. he does not back his work and refused to correct his mistake when the final product did not come out the way we agreed it would. also he over charges for his services compared to other competing businesses. he hung up on me on the phone when I asked if he could fix this problem. he has no clue of what it takes to give good customer service
