Would not recommend. Got married in 2020, took forever to receive our wedding video, had to keep reaching out to even get a response, and the video we got wasn't even edited. They took no time to make it look professional. Also reached out numerous times for a highlight video and never received a response or a highlight. Super disappointing when your wedding is supposed to be memorable

Fred Fox is the worst. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone getting married or having a special event. My husband and I waited a very long time to receive our wedding video. Interestingly enough our pictures came on time our video that it took months of constant e-mails, phone calls. The response back was excuse after excuse. Note the video was only 10-15minutes long. Shouldn't have taken as long as it did. Don't do business with them they aren't worth your time. They shouldn't be in business anymore.

Fred Fox Studios did an outstanding job taking pictures at the wedding of our son and new daughter-in-law in July of 2019. The photographer was awesome to work with and the photo results are equally fantastic. We will recommend Fred Fox Studios to our family and friends. 5 star review and well deserved. I would highly recommend Fred Fox studios for Weddings and other memorable functions. Their staff was more than helpful and the day of the wedding they showed up early and were very attentive to our needs. They spent extra time making sure they took all the pictures we requested and were very professional towards our friends and family. Their turnaround time for the proofs and delivery of the photos was very fast.
We were more than satisfied with the job that was done! My cousin who got engaged a week before our wedding was so happy with the way she was treated that she is going to use them for her wedding next year.

I got married on May 26, 2018. I hired Fred Fox because of a recommendation I got from my sister in law who used the same company 2 years prior. We hired them for Pictures and video for our wedding. We paid them upfront as well. After not getting my pictures after they were removed from the website in October. So I waited a little while but still never got my pictures or video so I called.
I kept getting excuses from KEITh (who I talked to everytime) that people were out sick or they were really busy. I finally, after 6 weeks of calling to check to see where my pictures were had to threaten him with my attorney. This was on a Monday and I got the pictures Wednesday. The disk was supposed to be pictures and video. It is now January 22, 2019 and I do not have my wedding video. They have stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. A business should not operate like this when people are looking forward to memories from their special day.

Can't write enough good words about Fred Fox! From the first time talking to manager Terry on the phone till meeting him in person, then meeting our photographer Felipe before the wedding, and then our big day.every moment and every step of the way since Fred Fox started working with us. has been such an easy, pleasurable, fun experience! their attitude, professionalism and service were just flawless and completely beyond my expectations! Felipe did a perfect job working so hard to capture all the beautiful, incredible and fun moments of our wedding, my husband and I can't thank him enough.
He is surely the best photographer we've ever met! Felipe is such a hard worker and didn't take a break through more than 8 hours non-stop photo shooting. Our family and friends at the wedding were very impressed by him as well! Every pic he took turned out to be just perfect! Terry is also the best manager that we could have hoped for; we trusted him completely and it was fun to work with him; he always listened to our requests and discussed our thoughts and ideas with the photographer, making sure everything would be smooth and perfect.

There were a few reasons that we went with Fred Fox Studios. Number one being their history, you can't go wrong with a business that has stood the test of time. Another big reason we went with them was that they provide you with the rights to all of your pictures, which was hard to find in other studios. Probably the biggest reason for us booking them was Carol.
She was fantastic and helped us so much more than just the contract. Our photographer, Joe, was very helpful as well and really did a good job of taking control as well as adhering to our picture requests. Everybody that we have worked with from Fred Fox Studios has been very sweet and tremendously helpful every time we needed to go over anything. Plus they offer you beer when you go in for your meeting, so grooms should make sure they go in as well;
