The first job I brought to Harold was a conversion- DAT tape to audio CD. He executed the transfer flawlessly. When I picked up the conversion I told him about DVD duplication order I was planning to send out to Tennessee. He asked if I would consider doing the job locally. I said sure as long as the price was comparable. We agreed on a price and he successfully executed a 400 DVD duplication order for me complete with four color ink jet printing. Harold is very conscientious about the quality of his service and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to convert media formats or has a need for some small run DVD duplications.

HB Media Solutions is honestly so great! I was very skeptical about giving in my home tapes anywhere because they are so precious to my family and I. Very quick turnaround (same-day) for getting my film transferred digitally. They even offer cloud uploads which is very convenient. Harold provided great customer service and was sure to explain the process and make sure my film wouldn't be damaged in the process. I'll definitely be back for any future film needs!

As someone who has worked in the media for many years, I was on the lookout for a business that could not only transfer my family VHS tapes to a new format, but also my library of professional 3/4" tapes. Imagine my delight when I made the acquaintance of Harold and HB Media Solutions! Harold and his crew did a splendid job of transferring tapes to DVD for me - enabling me to view footage I hadn't watched in years. Moreover, even though I dropped off nearly 100 VHS tapes and many 3/4" tapes, the transfers were done in a very timely manner, with Harold giving me regular updates.

Called and got same day service paid a little bit more but it was worth it got our VHS tape onto DVD and saved having to worry about losing the tape. Harold was very helpful let me know all the things that could happen and yet I'm still satisfied. I'm sending others who need the his services.

Excellent service, I brought a very old VHS tape from 1986, and they were able to recover and transfer to CD / USB. They treat your valuable memmories as it were theirs, I am very happy that I found them. Their work is clean and on time! Totally recommend them!!!

I've been going through boxes of family memorabilia and getting video tapes scanned by a variety of companies, often due to come-ons from sites like groupon. The results have been mediocre. Scans come back with lots of playback interference, or people look like elves (unnaturally tall and thin) or hobbits (incorrectly short and fat). I keep coming back to HB because every single video they've ever scanned for me has been exactly right!

Harold did an amazing job with over 70 vhs and vhc(??) tapes that I sent him! (I am not local to him.). The pandemic - basically the year 2020 in general- really put him behind so I had to wait several months for him to be able to complete my job. (I wasn't really in a hurry- they had been sitting for years without me being able to watch them anyway!!).

But he kept in contact the whole time to say he didn't forget me! Then as he worked with the videos, he kept in touch with me with the progression. I highly recommend HB Media solutions! Harold really will take care of you!

I have worked with another Media company, scanning photos in the past. But I will never work with anyone but HB Media Solutions from here on. Harold and his crew were wonderful to work with. If I had a question they either answered immediatly or called me right back. That didn't happen with the big company I'd worked with before. Harold, at H&B, provided excellent customer service. We had a nice conversation prior to sending my VHS tapes to him. He is extremely knowledgeable. His postage pricing for return postage is the most reasonable around AND allows him to keep track of my memories (tapes). He also called me (after hours to accomodate my time zone) when one of my tapes was longer than anticipated. Great quality and great service!!!

I used their service to convert 19 VHS tapes to digital. They were so helpful and made the process very easy. I would highly recommend them for your digital needs. Everything was easy via US Mail and they are very good at keeping you in the loop about how things are progressing. I would definitely use them again.

The company is all about customer service!! Harold converted 30 of my vhs-c to dvd in about 6 hours, so my family could have them for Christmas! He even called me with multiple updates and made sure I was taken care of! I will recommend everyone I know to hbmediasolutions!

What a great company to work with! They transferred all of my old VHS tapes and a couple of 8 tracks. I highly recommend this company. They are professional, fast, helpful and polite. Save by backside too when I accidentally erased an entire drive.

My VHS tapes were reproduced on DVD with excellent quality. While I had to wait longer due to high demand from a Groupon offering, it was well worth the wait. There was a problem with shipping, but Harold immediately responded and stayed on top of it every day until the original tapes and DVDs were in my hands. This type of excellent customer service is hard to find these days. Well done!

HB Media transfered 40+ of our family videos in various formats and did a very professional job. Everyone there was very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

HB Media is good with me. I had a bad experience with a different copy service that took my money and VHS tapes for a year and did nothing. But HB Media had them done and back in less than two weeks. Thanks for transferring my old, very old, VHS tapes to DVD. My wife was worried the old tapes of our children growing up were about to disintegrate. Considering they date back to 1987 I'm surprised they still held an image.

But the video sure came out nice on DVD, which I'm pretty sure lasts a long long time, long after I'm gone anyway. It's weird, those old VHS didn't play that well on our old VHS player, but the copy DVDs look way better. Is there some enhancement process you use? Now the grandkids are having fun watching their dad and aunt when they were babies and little kids. They find it very amusing!

Harold did an amazing job. My sister passed away a couple years ago and I stumbled across some old VHS tapes of her on a Saturday night around midnight. I emailed him and he responded within 30 minutes. That was the fastest I've seen a business respond after hours. He instructed me to call that Sunday before 1pm as I did so arrived there with the tapes and he had them converted by 330pm on the same day.

He manage to convert them a week before Christmas and I am thankful for what business he provided which allowed me to see my sister once again bringing back all the memories.

I had two VHS tapes I wanted to convert to DVD within a week to surprise my parents. I took them in on Saturday and by Tuesday I picked them up! I greatly appreciated the rush that was put on them. One of the VHS tapes was fuzzy when I played it, but HB Media cleaned it up and I was able to watch it with no fuzz. A great job was done, with great customer service! I recommend anyone to try them out....you won't be disappointed!

I was very impressed with HB media's services. The VHS to DVD service was extremely well priced, and delivery was earlier than I even expected. In a society that is always outsourcing video conversion to remote sites, the personal touch provided was refreshing and it was not able to get lost in the mail! It was a store that does one thing very well...protects your memories and provides a quality product. You can pay alot more for a store that overcharges so they have a fancy lobby, or do what i did and goto HB media and get a great product at a great price.

I can't wait to find more VCR tapes to bring to him. Now my memories will last forever. This place is better than all the rest out there!

I recently found some beta home movies recorded in the late 80's by my deceased husband. My daughter was six when he died. She had recently said that she couldn't remember what her Dad's

Excellent service, very sentimental to my video needs and understanding of my expectations. I had a few video tapes of my mother when she was younger and other family videos that I needed to be transferred onto DVD. I was very skeptical about doing so (She passed away in 2009 and these video tapes dated back to to the 1990's) I didn't want the tapes to get ruined or loose any media/audio.
