We are a full AV service and event production company so we have the capability to produce in studio shoots with Green Screen technology, as well as live event portraits and full digital imaging services to edit and post your photos to Facebook and Instagram right from the event.

I rented some equipment from Audio Visual Actions for an event this weekend and the owner and staff were exceptionally helpful. They went above and beyond to understand my event and make sure I had everything I could need and even let me demo the set up in their shop. On top of that their prices were insanely fair. I highly recommend if you need to rent AV equipment for any kind of event.

We needed a speaker for an event and found Audio Visual Actions on Google. They had the speaker, showed me how to hook it up and it was very affordable. A few weeks later, I rented a speaker again. I forgot how to hookup the speaker at my event, but AVA offers great support and customer service. I will definitely continue to rent equipment and highly suggest them if you need audio or visual equipment for your events.

We have used Audio Visual Actions to conduct an annual live ceremony for the last 5 years now, and we will continue to use them in the future. They offer prompt, courteous customer service, and are extremely knowledgeable from a technical stand-point. They work whatever hours we need; often we will have a 5 am call time, and they are usually their waiting when I arrive.
They offer a full range of services and rentals from stages to media risers, video cameras, lighting, monitors, audio mixers, etc. They TD the event and live switch the program on the monitors, as well as livestream to our Youtube and Facebook page. They provide lower third graphics where needed, or take any graphics we have created and switch them into the program.
And beyond all this, they are kind, patient people with great attitudes. I will never hesitate to use them for any event. In fact, we are ramping up to do more live ceremonies per year starting this year, and I intend to have AV Actions provide their services wherever possible.

We were very fortunate to contract with AV Actions for our 50 Year Army OCS Reunion. The hotel in which we were staying was going to charge us almost $750 for rental of audio visual equipment and setting up fees. We thought that price to be very exorbitant and began looking for AV vendors. Our reunion point of contact read the awesome reviews of AV Actions and contacted them.
He really wasn't sure of our exact audio visual needs, but did list speakers, microphones, cables, cords, projector, and projector screen. I accompanied him to Alexandria from Arlington to pick up our order. What an amazing and pleasant surprise awaited us - we met Moe, the owner, his daughter Sara, and Amy, his Sales and Office Manager. It became very apparent that the number one goal of AV Actions was customer satisfaction and service.
Each of these individuals also could not have been more courteous or helpful. It seems that honesty can be a rare commodity in today's business world. Moe is the exception - he told us exactly what we needed and what we didn't need. He reduced our order to only the basics we had to have. Not only that, but he took the time to demonstrate and explain how to "hook up" and "set up" all of our equipment.
If that wasn't enough - he reduced our original invoice by over $111. Our total invoice was less than $100.00. That included a generous discount because we were veterans. Before we left, he even offered to help us with the set up if need at the hotel. If you want quality AV equipment, an explanation of how to set it up, and at the lowest price available - you must go to AV Actions in Alexandria.

These guys/gals are great! I've seen their warehouse and they have plenty of equipment for all needs. They have provided AV for a series of events in embassies and hotels in DC. They also produced a big party at the British embassy this past Spring. We brought DJ Paul Oakenfold and DJ Skribble and AV Actions did all the staging, lighting and sound (plus other favors we asked for). They have access to top technicians in town. They are always early, prepared and willing to bend over backwards to take care of their clients. Highly recommended.

I had a small event for which I needed audio equipment. AV Action was wonderful! I was able to pick up the equipment from their store and with good instructions was able to enjoy the music at my event. I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy with which I was treated. And even most important the equipment worked wonderfully. I would highly recommend AV Action for any audiovisual need!
