We bring energy and focus to our projects with dogged attention to scheduling and the budget. We are glad to have won Emmy and CINE awards on behalf of our clients and TV programmers.
Robert Neustadt grew up in Ohio and began making movies with his Dad's regular 8mm camera at age 11. Since then, it's been non-stop storytelling, reporting and producing across the nation and occasionally overseas.
He co-created and produced Mark Kistler's Imagination Station (90 x 30:00), which recently won a Northern California Emmy Award. Based on the Simon & Schuster books, the series was aired to MTV 2, 150 public television stations and six countries. He served as Series Producer on "Dr. Know" (19 x 30:00) for Discovery Health Channel, which debunks old wives tales and pervasive medical myths.
In the DIY arena, he worked as Line Producer for Hearst Entertainment's Ron Hazelton's Housecalls, a traveling home improvement series. When Better Homes & Gardens (Meredith Publishing) entered broadcasting, Neustadt was tapped to serve as Post Production Coordinator for the series, syndicated by Eyemark to 170 markets. Over the last 20 years, he has written and produced medical, investigative and environmental segments for NBC, Fox, Paramount TV, Ivanhoe, TLC and Discovery. He worked for PBS flagship station Maryland Public Television on "Wall Street Week with Louis Rukyser," "Motorweek," Weeknight Alive! and many other projects. Neustadt received an Emmy Award for his work on "The West" and "In America," weekly investigative magazine programs distributed by Paramount TV. He also produced an episode of A&E's American Justice with Bill Kurtis for Towers Productions.
Neustadt graduated cum laude from The Ohio University in Athens and got his Master of Fine Arts from The American Film Institute. When not on the road, he lives north of Chicago with his wife (an accomplished photojournalist), 3 kids and a rabbit.
