From beginning to end, James was a perfect fit for our wedding. Our wedding day was perfect, and he captured the moments you forget to capture and then tend to forget details later because your brain is reeling from all of the preparation, excitement, and conversations with guests. He was never in the way, but captured video that was intimate and allowed us to see our guests having a great time and to see parts of our wedding we didn't get to see on the day of.

The editing on the videos is perfect, and the choices as far as sound mixing, timing, and music are very professional. We have no complaints whatsoever with how everything turned out and the conduct of James throughout and would recommend this company to anyone looking to capture their day.

His timeline worksheet and questionnaire were key to helping this uncertain bride make all the right choices. One of which was choosing Exciting Productions for our videographer. James is awesome! When I inquired about his prices for videography he emailed back almost immediately! When it gets closer to your day he has you fill out a worksheet going through everything so that you make sure that whatever is most important to you is focused on in the footage. You can tell he's been doing this a long time! He is not only very responsive, but he completed our footage very fast!

It was one week after our wedding and he already had the highlight video ready for us to share on social media with our friends and family! The remaining footage came in the mail soon after. We did the bronze package and we got a USB with all video clips and 3 DVDs complete with custom covers of photos from our special day! I highly recommend James for your wedding or any other event you want to capture forever!

Jim Campbell from "Exciting Productions" did an excellent job of my daughter and son-in-law's wedding video. Jim is extremely organized and experienced and has handouts and questionnaire's to assist with design and decisions on what the couple wants from the video experience. During the day, he was engaged, focused and friendly and the results showed in the excellent video's that were received.

He couldn't have done a better job on the hi-lights video and the bonus was the extra videos (Introductions, Toasts & Cake, First Dances and Dancing Fun). Jim provided the hi-lights video within two weeks of the wedding with the other videos shortly after. He was very accommodating on providing the number of copies to different addresses. We could not be happier with the quality, service and final output of Jim Campbell from "Exciting Productions".

James was a pleasure to work with! My husband and I originally didn't plan to have a videographer at our wedding, but were afraid we would regret it if we didn't. This was harder to write this review than I expected, not because of anything Jim did (Jim and Exciting Productions were wonderful to work with), but rather because of family events since the recording. We hired Exciting Productions to film interviews and events during a family review. Jim did phenomenal work - he was delightful during the interviews, gaining candid responses from everyone, and then did a fabulous job with the editing.

The family will cherish these videos for years and generations to come. The emotional part of this was that my father suffered some health setbacks several months after the recording, so I always get a little teared up when I think through this process. The bottom line is that I'm grateful we captured this video when he was still at his best. If you're thinking about filming a family event - do it now and capture everyone while you can.
