After attending college at The University of Toledo, majoring in Film and Video Production, Ken Boggs decided to start his own small business. During 2003 he began by filming weddings and events for family and friends. A few referals later and he had built up a moderate clientel list. By the end of 2003 he started Inspired Image Video and it soon became his full time business.

Ken was professional with his videography services provided for our wedding on October 24, 2020. However, it has been a constant struggle to get in contact with him after the date he performed videography services. After multiple times trying to maintain contact with him via email, phone calls, Facebook messenger, and even voicemails, I finally heard a response in September 2021.
After the last contact in September, I have not heard anything since. I still have not received the video from my wedding. As a reminder, the wedding was October 24, 2020 (over a year ago) and I still have not received the video and have not heard an update since September 2021. I even called him the date I am writing this review and after two rings I was sent to voicemail. As a result I also left another voicemail trying to figure out what's going on. This is an ongoing issue and is ultimately frustrating.

I used Ken for my wedding and the experience was good! When we hired him for my sister's wedding it was not a good experience. She got married on July 7th 2019 and we just received the footage in the mail today (May 29th 2020). Almost a year later! Every time I would text to ask about the status he wouldn't respond and when he finally did he would say it was being mailed out that week or the next week or the next week and that went on for months. This better be one darn good video!
