MLT was the website management system that was being used at my place of employment when I started in August. Odd code, plugins not updated, plugins not installed correctly, open service tickets 5 MONTHS old!? Needless to say, I convinced my company to drop them as soon as we were able. The turnaround time for them to respond to an email averaged 5 days. Took them less than 2 hours after I said we were going with another company to send us the bill though. 2 months on from switching companies and we are STILL finding things that need fixing. Stay away.

I took in a camcorder tape to be made into a DVD. Tyler was very helpful and got my request set up for me. Mike did the transfer and he let me know when it was ready.
