Parking in the area is a bit confusing, but the first guy who helped me there was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and flexible. Price is a little more than what Costco used to do this service for, but I wanted it done without stressing over shipping my old family tapes. The second time I came back was to pick up the tapes (took about a week to do 7 of my family home videos).
He too was very friendly. It's a quick transaction and I'm looking over the videos they put onto my hard drive and they seem to work wonderfully. Audio is great, etc. The tv in my living room can't play them, but that's not Videobrite's fault. That's something tech related that I don't care to explain. But all in all, great place. If I happen to come across more old tapes, I plan to come back. I highly recommend Videobrite.

I was trying to get help to download a video so that I can share it. The man in the office took it and looked at it said it was just a simple mov file and just go ahead and plug it in and go. Okay so about a week later and eight or nine tutorials and finally my regular computer guy getting back to me and telling me he would have to remote in to my computer install an app so that it could be compressed then I could upload it onto my Google doc.
I guess computer people don't realize how difficult any of that at is for any of us I did everything there tutorial said but the one thing they forgot to tell me oh the file is too big it has to be compressed and you need a special app for them. I THINK VIDEO BRITE SPECIALIZES IN TAKING YOUR OLD VIDEOS AND DIGITIZING THEM INTO COMPACT MODERN TECHNOLOGY ABOUT 30 OR $40 PER TAPE.
So they were no help to me seemed very disinterested in thinking outside the box maybe actually giving me a heads up about hey dude compress the thing and you can unload it but I guess like a long history of computer guys of the Bill Gates variety they are only in it for the money and they are going to take it all if they can.

I have to be honest, we weren't expecting a lot from the old 8mm films we were providing to Videobrite for transfer to a DVD. The film had been in storage for many years and much of it was of pretty poor quality. However, what we received back from Videobrite was a really great family video we could share with a fantastic acoustic musical score. This was a great experience for us and we recommend them to anyone looking to preserve old films on DVD. Also, the cost was reasonable as well.

Great experience, still making a couple changes but the overall finished product was more than I expected, Jared really does an excellent job and is a true professional editor, he created a memorial video file with lots of pictures for my father. Great experience working with them, I highly recommend VideoBrite for all your production and video needs.
