Recently, my aunt passed and I had a VHS family film that I wanted to convert to DVD. All that was necessary was putting it in a VCR and copying to a DVD. I was crunched for time and needed the video the next day, because our family wanted to be able to play the video during the wake services for friends and family could see. When I explained my situation, they told me it would take hours and hours and that they would have to charge me $75.00 for the transfer and $75.00 for the rush.

It cost me $150.00 for them to do this for me and I feel totally taken advantage of. I did not ask them to edit the video content or add any words, just to make a copy on a DVD. I feel like they thought I was stupid or something, telling me it would take hours. I would never ever recommend them to anyone, stay clear of companies who take advantage of people.
