I can't thank SUCH MEDIA enough for bringing my family memories back after over 25yrs old VHSc and other tapes I thought were unable to be recovered they recovered the young man was so polite and understanding, I highly highly recommend this place if you have o tapes with memories sitting around get those memories on DVD as soon as possible even if they're wrinkled ripped and damaged such media will do everything they can do to recover your precious memory moments my family laughed and some of us cried. THANK YOU SUCH MEDIA!

The audio transfer service was subpar. They recorded my vinyl in the wrong speed, reversed the channels for the stereo tracks, and were unable to provide the recordings in the sampling rates as advertised. They were, however, very professional and quick to respond to my concerns. They redid the work and the end product was acceptable, albeit still at a lower sampling rate.

I had quite a few old 8mm reels of film that have just been collecting dust. Although I don't live in MI, that was no problem for the staff at Such Media. The reels were delivered and the team went to work reviewing, cleaning, titling and organizing the film by year. The finished product included a professional cover that contained images of old film reels and still photos captured from the film. 34 reels of film converted to DVD in one week! I couldn't have been more pleased!

We brought in old 8mm films as well as photos to have digitized and restored. The films came out great and the photos looked beautiful. We will be bringing in VHS tapes to be transferred too!

Did a good, fast job transferring some old dictaphone 1/4 tape recordings from a family members estate. Worked with Ray and he was helpful and polite. Would definitely work with them again!

We purchased a groupon in order to transfer some 8mm and 16mm film over to digital for our grandfather for father's day. The project was quoted and we were given a timeline. It took much longer than anticipated the quality was sub-par and the cost was exorbitant. I would not suggest using them if you want a professional looking result, a timely or cost effective product.
