I ordered a basic universal iPad strap back on the 28th of March. It is the 3rd of May and I have not received the product. I called and emailed numerous times and the answer that I get back is that it is being dropped shipped by the vendor. For a universal iPad strap? I can only imagine if someone order something that is not as simple as an iPad universal shoulder strap. Not satisfied at all.

Called these guys yesterday looking for some parts to fix my cm lodestar hoist. answered the phone right away. first guy on the phone knew exactly what i was talking about when it came to the parts i needed. very knowledgeable and helpful. by the way, my parts just walked through the door only 12-15 hours after my phone call. nice job guys! fast service is what prompted me to write this in the first place. keep it up.

I received a phone call from John with Mountain Productions when they suspected credit card fraud from somebody purchasing from them. I notified US bank and ended up cancelling the card and getting a new one. I would have been clueless until I received my credit card statement had it not been for John's ability to realize that something fishy was going on.
Please support this company, they are honest and he took a deal of time getting me information that didn't benefit him or his company in the least. I am very grateful for John. Thank you!
