Very cool and hip place. Lots of "playas", cool people, and young vibe. Decent concert venue. Back deck overlooks Lake Grapevine, Terrific view, comfy chairs and couches (sadly they stink of cigarette smoke) Interior is very open with central bar in the back. Like others, hard concrete floor, so your feet are dead meat by end of the event. Not enough seating, common to concert venues, don't know why. The VIP areas had chairs. Valet parking only, but I managed to park myself, as I was early. Overall it's a cool concert venue, but tiring due to lack of indoor seating.

Pretty place but expensive AF. 6 taquitos was $15. They came out of the freezer section at Costco and the fried pickles, nothing special. 5 beers, a couple of shots, taquitos and fried pickles set us back $130. The bar itself is super nice and the sound system can push out some decibels. The staff are very friendly as well. Had I not been hungry and at the mercy of GC they would've got a 5 star.

We had so much fun in this little venue. It was the 1st time we've ever visited and we'll probably be visiting again for another concert. Before the concert started we really loved the outdoor seating that overlooked the lake. Really pretty and Instagram worthy. The drink lines were insane all night but the drinks were strong and worth waiting for.
The only complaint I had was it had reserved table you had to reserve in advance and had to pay a fee to reserve them. I would have done that in advance if I had known but I came to realize that once the music started everyone gathered in front of the stage and would have blocked your view from the paid seating anyways. One last thing is parking. We parked in the parking structure which was definitely a longer walk than I'd want in heels.
You do have an option for valet parking but there was such a long line that to me. it wouldn't be worth paying the money to stand and wait a super long time for someone to bring the car to you. Walking was a lot faster.
