Titanium upgrade - applies to either package and makes 4 of your new releases as new as possible (one month from street date or newer). Price: The price of your library depends on the number of movies per month, the percentage of new releases and shipping charges. The monthly rate may be as low as $100 and most properties average $150 a month plus tax.
Property management companies around the U.S. use our service, some on all of their properties. I have been a resident at Pointe West for three years.
