Seven 21 Media Center

I run my part time chiropractic practice in a small suite inside the building. I have been here since March 2019. After taking 15 years off from practicing to raise my children, I wanted to have a real office outside of my house, but something I could afford. Personally, they have done everything to make me feel at home in the building. They have given me freedom to restart my dream practice slowly, on my own terms, so I can treat patients how I would like to be cared for.

The owners are very kind, fair and responsive. During the COVID-19 crisis, they were understanding and stuck by me while I had to make some critical decisions. They are also probably one of the only buildings that went above and beyond to keep the building compliant and safe, like installing a temperature scanner station by the front door. Seven21 is filled with many interesting and diverse professionals.

I have gotten several patients from inside the building. Also I have been so touched on numerous occasions how Dara in particular is really supportive of women who are trying to start businesses. She's a wealth of knowledge and has a heart of gold. I couldn't be happier in the building.

Seven21 Media Center came through with the comfortable, affordable office space I need now more than ever before in this new covid landscape! Terrific space, friendly people, and an all around great value!

I've rented office space in several locations between Albany and NYC in my 30+ years as a small business owner. I will tell you that Seven21 is so much more than an office building. The owner runs his own company on site, and is always immediately responsive to any questions or concerns. I've been treated like a member of the family instead of a tenant. I could go on and on, but I'll simply say that I've found my forever office location at Seven21.

My goodness! What a gem of a find! I think it's the only business of its kind in Ulster County! Numerous office spaces in different sizes. Beyond state of the art technology! So many lighting options! Lovely, professional, bright minded people! Affordable during these financially gorging times! Open minded people. Doesn't get better than this!

Great commercial space. Staff and neighboors are extremely nice. Dara has treated us with the upmost respect. We've been leasing in this commercial office for almost 2 years now. Keep up the good work.

We love our creative office space at Seven21. If you are looking for a hip, industrial, and classy space to do great work you should definitely check out Seven21.

Contacted Seven21 about renting space for our graphic design company. Unfortunately, the building is at almost complete occupancy and didn't have a suite large enough for our needs. Seven21 has a great vibe, and the owners were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to try and make a space work. I hope to rent in the future.

First found out about Seven21 because of the O+ festival, which they have hosted for the past few years. Always a great time, and really nice to see organizations such as this one open their doors at their own expense to the arts and music community to benefit worthwhile causes.

It's an honor to be able to work at Seven21 Media Center. Unlike many other office buildings out there, the owners work here too, and are immediately responsive to all concerns. I'm still pulling for reserved parking spots, but hey, it's otherwise as good as it gets here.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Spend your money elsewhere. The owners singled out a woman of color who was protesting outside of Faso/Amedore's offices *and had her arrested* AND are pressing charges. Plus they rent offices to fascists, so there's also that. There's lots of available office space, eff these people.

They shouldn't rent to politicians if they're not willing to accept the consequences of rallies in front of their property. Tax payer dollars are paying that rent. We have the right to be at the building to contact the politicians.

Filthy company that presses bogus charges on their neighbors. Terrible and overpriced media center.

This company doesn't support basic principles of our country.

This business hates the First Amendment to the Constitution and thinks you don't have the right to visit the offices of your elected officials, who rent in their building. They recently charged a local community activist of color with trespassing for daring to do this. She was the only person out of about 50 protesters charged. Seven21 Media repeatedly tries to restrict access to two elected officials who are tenants in their building.

The public has a right to protest and access our elected officials, if they don't like it they shouldn't have elected's in their building. Avoid this business if you love our country and the constitution.
