Every Australian likes to think of their home as their own little castle, but many people underestimate the very thing a castle was built for: security. Organising your home security is an underrated aspect of being a homeowner and one that many simply disregard. Home security gadgets, such as security cameras, sensors and alarm systems, might not be adequate to ward off burglars. In this sense, physical barriers such as security screens are installed on external doors and windows can help stop home invaders.

My wife and I used this vendor for our video production and I have little doubt that there are better services available. The first promise that did not come to fruition was the sign-in book that never made it to the wedding reception, although was supposed to be part of the package. The second promise was that our videos would be sent 90 days after the wedding.
We just received the videos 180 days after the wedding. During the 180 day waiting period, we emailed several times for updates and were given various personal reasons as to why the videos were not sent. We were further told our video was mailed to us and returned do to a bad address - - then it only took another three weeks for the "address issue" to be corrected.
Consider that failed promise number three. Two of the three videos sent (extras were sent to assuage the sign-in book issue) arrived incredibly scratched; one doesn't play during the reception. Also, the CD from the photo booth has something sticky on it that doesn't wipe off. I emailed regarding new disks and have not heard a thing back. Anytime, Mike.
Feel free to let me know when I can expect a DVD that doesn't look like a child took a pen to the back of the disk. Communication before the wedding was quick; communication after the wedding has been terrible. I found the other review quite interesting given our experience was completely different - - especially the video warranty piece. I implore you to consider an alternative vendor that will treat you as the paying customer you are.

Now I disagree. I got married in September, and they were great and perfessional at the wedding. My problem is getting the finished products that you pay for. And mind you you pay good money. I was promised my dvd at the beginning of January. The whole month of January went by and I didn't get my dvd. Grant it, something came up were I had to wait a little longer, so I understood.
So when all is said and done.we finally get a copy of our dvd, they cut mine and my husbands dance out, and the video goes red for acouple minutes during the video. At that, he made promises that he still never follwed through on. I feel like I am getting the run around, and I am a very unhappy customer. If I can't get a good copy of the dvd that I already paid for, then I want a refund!
There office closed since they are in the process of not working with Celebrations anymore, so there isn't even an office I can go to, we just play tag with the manager. So my opinion, I would go with someone else.

We used Dolbow for our wedding in October 2009. This was one of my favorite vendors! They were easy to work with during the planning process and we felt we got so much value for our money. Everyone was really nice during planning and the day of the wedding. The quality of the video is just beautiful. They also have a warranty on the videos where, if anything happens at any time, where the video does not work any longer, you get a new video, free of charge. Ours became scratched and It was even shipped out to us for free. That's great customer service.
It also makes me feel comfortable knowing that God forbid of a scratch they'll always have a copy of our video as long as they're in business that they can copy for us. Thank you for providing perfect footage of our beautiful day and the great experience of working with you folks!
