I'd like to share and express my deepest gratitude towards Patchin Pictures. I had an old, damaged photo of my father when he was younger that I adored and wanted so badly to restore. I imagined it to be really difficult, if not impossible, to do. Rod Koepp ensured it could be done & it was! The restoration was immaculate and truly exceeded my expectations.

We took an old, damaged photo in to be restored (the corner was bent which left a white line in the black part of the photo). It took a little more than three weeks, but they did a beautiful job. It wasn't cheap -- we paid about $80 to have one 4" X 6" black and white photo restored. Still well worth the price to preserve a piece of family history.

Most of my son's fotos were lost in a fire. My folks gave me all the 35mm tapes they took and I had them restored by Patchin Pictures. My sons were so pleased for their 50th birthdays to have these wonderful Cds, Iam so greatful for their quality work. My only complaint is that as a senior it was quite costly but worth it. THANK YOU

I am so happy with their service! My mom died and I needed to get a copy of a special photo. The original was a wallet side photo that had been folded and the larger one was stuck to the glass. In 3 days they were able to provide me with a new photo and email copy of the repaired photo. I am so happy and look forward to doing business at Patchin Pictures again and again!

I have nothing but good things to say about Patchin Pictures and especially the owner Steve Patchin. Steve provided me with excellent customer service. I had a last minute video duplication job that I needed because I was a presenter at a conference the next day. I was a business traveler from Hawaii. Steve did a great job duplicating my videos and not only that agreed to take pictures of me as a presenter at the conference I was attending, and the photos turned out really well. Patchin Pictures really cares about their customers. Thank you Steve for a job well done!

Very good place. It could be considering a bit on the expensive side but I believe they are very professional and their products are top notch. I definitely recommend it for someone looking into copying CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and downsampling of a video to a lower quality product (Blu-ray to DVD, DVD to CD, etc)

Great experience, I called two other companies for duplication of media. One never called back and the other wasn't helpful. Serendipitously I drove by these guys looking for something else and decided to stop in. Turns out what I was asking was an easy fix. I walked in and Michael explained what he would need and felt confident he could help me. I'm so pleased with the courtesy, kindness and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for my next media and training video. Great, great, great!

Dropped off some old 8mm film from like 1955, some college projects, and of course a couple graduations, & recitals from high school to be transferred to DVD's. Most of the footage was on VHS, some on 8mm. Patchin pictures turned around my projects in a timely fashion, and the quality was great. It was so amazing watching everything after my boyfriend made me junk my VHS before I was ready to part with it all those years ago!
The staff was nice and the prices were very affordable compared to some other places in town. I suggest using Patchin Pictures before some random online company that requires you to send away your footage. For me nothing could be scarier than losing my family treasures forever.
