RiverRun International Film Festival is a non-profit cultural organization in Winston-Salem, NC dedicated to the role of cinema as a conduit of powerful ideas and diverse viewpoints. Our mission is to foster a greater appreciation of cinema and a deeper understanding of the many people, cultures and perspectives of our world through regular interaction with great films and filmmakers.
Join us for our annual pitch competition, where student documentary filmmakers pitch their ideas to a panel of jurors, who provide feedback and award. Set in 1974, this dramatic/comedic thriller supposes that a White House transcriber is thrust into the Watergate scandal when she obtains the only copy.

I enjoyed my first movie at River Run. The movie I saw was at the Milton Rhodes theater. It was nice that you could order tickets online and they also offered some free movies around town. The event was well organized and the director spoke. I would see more movies at the next RiverRun festival next year.

An amazing international film festival that keeps getting better each year. I attended 10 films last year and will get to 8 this year. Be sure to get tickets early as many shows now sell out. Hats off to all the wonderful corporate sponsors each year. Their support make this unique southern film festival popular.
