What is Filmout Xpress? Filmout Xpress is a film recording service established to provide high resolution output from videotape and digital files at a very fair price. How do you do it? Lumeni's engineers developed a proprietary process for converting video to film. We designed custom hardware and software specifically to furnish the needs of our own production facility. We soon realized that we could provide a tremendous service to the film community, and made our process available to studios and filmmakers.
