"Big Shoulders" is the BEST! If I had 10 stars to give, this company deserves it. I have worked as a Producer/Director for over 20 years, and my best experiences in the Chicagoland area have been with "Big Shoulders". I have been loyal to them for more then a decade, and it is because I am always treated as if I am their most important client, even though I know they have a huge client roster and treat everyone the same way. Frank Hanes runs the company with a passion to ensure they are able to offer the latest cutting edge technology to allow for optimum creativity. Plus, he has assembled a "five star" team of talented people on all levels of production and post production.

We did 15 green screen interviews in 3 cities in 3 weeks - NYC, Philly and Chicago. Big Shoulders was by far the best experience. Their equipment is top-notch, and the staff and crew are professional, friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Their rates are extremely competitive, and the facility is right in the heart of downtown. I look forward to working them again, and highly recommend Big Shoulders.

I've had the privilege of working with Mr. Brad Fox at Big Shoulders for many years now. His knowledge of the industry, care of project execution and grace-under-pressure know-how is everything you could ask for. I am currently planning a satellite media tour to originate from Big Shoulders' impressive studio in the John Hancock Center and always look forward to working with Mr. Fox and the experienced crew.

I wanted to review Big Shoulders because I feel like I owe them a bit of good Karma. I worked with Brian from Big Shoulders Digital Video Productions on hammering out a complicated proposal for video recording of a 4-track, 3-day, 1000-person conference I help organize. Being an all-volunteer organization, we're sometimes slow and indecisive. but Brian was extremely cool and was always ready to explain things and work with me on getting the quote right. Unfortunately, due to internal politics, we didn't end up going with Big Shoulders, but if we'd hired any video pro's, it would have been them -- and Brian was nothing short of great to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any recording or post-production video job.
