Trial attorneys videotape depositions because they are an effective tool in presenting their case. The witness is frequently more relaxed in front of a camera than they are in front of a jury. You have the added advantage of knowing what the witness testimony and appearance will be before trial. Video depositions capture the jury's attention and are more vivid than recited testimony.
Our time is devoted 100% to the production, editing and presentation of legal video and photography. We use DV, DVCPRO, DVCPRO-50, DVCPRO- HD (High Definition) camcorders with P-2 Direct to Edit technology. The video is captured in a ready to edit digital video file. This eliminates the need to capture the videotape to the computer for editing, text synchronization or rendering into DVD.
With more than 25 years scheduling video depositions and other legal video and photography events, we are expert in ensuring all parties understand the correct location and time of the event. To ensure everyone is on the same page, we always confirm every video event one business day prior to the event with the attorney and/or court reporter.
