We rented from Image at the last minute for a Denver Startup Week panel that saw five times as many RSVPs as we had originally anticipated! The people at Image - Glenn and Brad - were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to collaborate with! They went out of their way to help us! For instance, while the location had a speaker we were unsure if we could hook up the mic and a computer in an effective manner.
They helped us figure out how to do it with diagrams, gave us a mixer, a PC connector, and walked us through it. As entrepreneurs, their attitude, "start up" mentality and last-minute efforts were very much appreciated!

I rented equipment from Image Audiovisuals for my recent wedding on the recommendation of the manager of my reception site. I really don't like giving low ratings on yelp, but the customer service from the area rep was lacking enough that I feel compelled to- at least for him. I had contacted this person rep 3-4 times, spoke twice on the phone asking for quotes and never had emails or calls returned.
I eventually found a contact for the manager who got back to me within a day, and things went pretty smoothly from there. They set up and took equipment down on time without issue. Cost was slightly higher than predicted (around $100 more), but overall it was a reasonable experience in the end. I'd recommend this company to individuals wanting to rent their equipment, but it comes with a caveat- either expect to be very persistent, or contact the manager directly.
