They were able to take some very old cassette tapes of my grandmother's and convert them to CD for us in a fairly quick turnaround. My only downside was I was told 3 different final costs when it was all said and done. I would have preferred my accurate total being given when they called to tell me everything was ready. They were friendly and helpful beyond that, however.

Lisa the owner went above and beyond to get copies made of a DVD for my business. She asked what the videos were for and was truly interested in what I was reproducing them for. As I was also curious about Dub Center since I had passed by it tons of times. Definitely not a company that just wants sales and push you out the door, I asked if I needed to come back for her to copy the DVD's and she said no as I didn't want to distract her or feel pressured to get them done.

We had such a wonderful chat and she gave me some really helpful business information. I greatly appreciate her going the extra mile to help in anyway she could. Thank you again!

Service and quality were second to none. Had one of several mini dv's that didn't copy correctl. Dub Center went above and beyond to find a fix! Extremely friendly and informative throughout the entire process!

I called and talked to the owner (Don) he told me it would take 1-3 business days to transfer 7 50 ft 8mm home movie reels, dropped then off Tuesday, called Thursday to check the status, his wife (Lisa) said it would be 2-3 weeks. I explained that my dad is under Hospice care and has very limited time to live and he would like to see these films one last time.

I was told to pick up my movies as they decided they can't process them for me. When i asked why she kept answering with "you need to pick up your movies" over and over very rudly. I feel like they prey on people who are desperate due to an immenent death and have NO care or compassion for their customers. Lie to tell people what they want to hear but when you try to hold them to their word they send you away with NO explanation. Cruel people with no compassion.

The days of businesses caring about doing a good job and having compassion for their customers is dead and gone, I truly thought this was an old school businesses that would care, not the case. Being cruel is easy for most businesses anymore, especially this one, the almighty dollar is all they care about, sad! This business has made an already difficult life event much worse for my entire family.

If you are looking for kindness, compassion and someone to handle your films reapectfully, look elsewhere. They lie to get you in the door but won't do the work if you question their lies. I hope no one else falls prey to their deceptive business practices. I'm suspecting mental health isaues wirh the ownees, to treat customers this way is not normal, even in this day and age.

I had this guy convert hours of VHS over to DVD for me and was very happy with the results. None of my VHS recordings were damaged and I got them back along with my new DVDs. Walking in his studio is like walking back in time and it was a great overall experience. I would highly recommend him! Great work

BE CAREFUL.I had an exceptional amount of Super 8 film to transfer to DVD.I spent over $2300.just be sure you know how much you're going to spend, because it can be costly.however, they do exceptional work!
