I started Critical Mass Productions in 1994 with a passion for storytelling. Within four years, CMP's customer demand led to purchasing our first non-linear video editing suite. Our desire to keep meeting customer needs soon led to purchasing cameras and other equipment to help us become a full-service video production company. I've seen a lot of great technological developments over the years that can help add production value to video projects. But I believe it's more about the person behind the camera than the camera itself.

Red Report

We believe it's more about who's behind the camera than the camera itself, but the RED EPIC camera is hard not to talk about. It's been used in feature films, high end commercials, documentaries and national broadcast dramas. It's one of our favorites to use on client shoots because its available 6K resolution provides much higher quality and flexibility than what's found in typical HD video production cameras.

Closed Captioning Report

Our company history has given us great insight into providing accurate, quality closed captioning services. Back in 1998, we were one of the original beta test sites for what is now industry-standard software. Plus, we were the first Oklahoma company on the U.S. Department of Education Approved Captioning Service Vendors list.

Demo Report

This local tech startup wanted a way to explain their new real estate app and website, and had written much of the copy. We were able to tweak the story and present a graphical demo for their product launch. The Not Alone Project's mission is to empower people through storytelling, and believes that the best way to start healing is to discover that you are not alone in where you are.
