Agree with others, I should have read the reviews first. Sad thing is I went to this place because LG said they were the only authorized repair dealer within a couple hundred miles of me. Called to fix a flat screen that wouldn't turn on. They charge $40 to look at and non-refundable. I asked what is the worst case scenerio for price if something major wrong.
They said shouldn't be more than $200 and I said so it won't be more than a new TV. They kind of laughed and said no it won't be that much any fixing. Days later they call and say its the motherboard wrong and will be $400 to replace. I explained you specifically told me it won't be more than $200. Said sorry, we didn't realize the board was that much.
So lost only $40 but for $400 can buy a new TV. Completely misleading and dishonest, stay away. After this experience I also will never buy LG again since I saw their concerns all over the net on TV's and also they recommended these clowns for repair and that is the only option.

They are horrible! I brought in a guitar amp to have them take a look at it because when I talked to them over the phone they implied that if it was a simple fix they could have it done within a couple days. BUT, after I paid the non refundable deposit they proceeded to tell me that it would take about two weeks for them to fix the amp. Three weeks later I called back and they told me that they still have not taken a look at the amp. They are liars and thieves! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
