A fairly good place for dim sum, which is the only thing they offer when you visit at 10:30 am. If you plan on trying other dishes, this is want you should be aware of and visit at another time. Dim sum here is satisfactory. It's kind of impressive only in that nothing goes wrong. Air conditioning is a major weakness. Although they have placed several portable air conditioners there, it doesn't really help. ** updated after 2nd visit on 1st Nov 2020 ** A really unimpressive dim sum place found its way to impress me.
I had absolutely no recollection of ever visiting this place and thought this was my first time until I checked it up on Google map. Honestly I wouldn't have come again if I knew about my previous visit sooner - it couldn't mean anything good when an eatery got nothing to remind you of it. This time it managed to impress me, in a way that wasn't desirable.
I revisited at the time of COVID-19 pandemic. The restrictive measure was loosened up a bit a couple of days ago from 50% max dine-in occupancy to 75%. Today I saw 95%. As I was one of the first few diners to arrive, I was not going to take credit for making it through 75%. Contrary to statutory requirement, my table wasn't placed more than 1.5 m from the corner table and no partition was placed in between.
This was quite an awful dining experience that I decided to end within 30 minutes. I don't believe I can trust someone who has no regard for rules which are for everyone's good. Those were the aspects they failed. What they managed to offer wasn't decent enough anyway. It follows that I have to revise my previous 3-star rating to 1-star when an eatery is officially on my blacklist.

Had dinner here so dim-sum choices were minimal. Food was so-so, serviceable but nothing to rave about. Platings were not what one would expect from how the shop presents itself, and the photogenic buns would probably benefit from better variety of fillings. Some dishes were very stingy in key ingredients and ill-portioned. Seatings were comfortable and branding was done well but they won't be the reasons to pay a return visit.
