Since 2018, Chris Cochran has been providing services to clients and organizations across the nation. From assessing states' traffic safety communications and outreach efforts to creating informational videos for U.C. Berkeley. From advising an adult learning organization on professional on-camera presence for virtual teaching to helping the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration work with state offices and their media, advertising, outreach and communication needs.Prior to starting his consulting in 2018, Cochran had over eleven years in charge of the Marketing and Public Affairs unit for the California Office of Traffic Safety.
