Absolutely the best service and help plus fast service! I've had reels, vinyls, dvds, thumb drives and cds made here as well as duplicate photos for the DVD and cds. It is nice to find an honest and good business.

Jerry at Video Services is as dedicated as they come. I'm not the best planner, but he comes through when I need something fast. He does good work, and I trust him to hold my precious irreplaceable memories in his capable hands until he returns them, with a DVD copy that will continue my family's legacies anew, for more generations! He knows a lot about "old" products and new, so no matter what I bring him, he can turn it into a current product.

It means a lot to know he takes as much care of my tapes and videos as I do, and I drive a half hour (in good traffic) to take advantage of his know-how and his respect for me and my small but important projects.

I would recommend this company to everyone. Took slides and VHS tapes my parents had done and put on flash drives and DVDs and ooooh the memories that were restored. Now the younger generation can enjoy them also.

This place saved my day and my memories! This was a few years ago but while looking for them online today and finding them I wanted to share my experience with them and how relieved I was that they were able to save a valued family video! I had an old VHS tape which had my Grandparents on it that I had taken years ago, and when I went to finally try and transfer the VHS to digital at home the VHS tape broke, this was no little thing because it was very important to me to save it, it was the only one I had of my grandparents, but they fixed the VHS in no time at all and their price was super fair!

Great experience. Great customer service. Fast and affordable. Had a bunch of home movies on vhs put on a DVD. I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was very helpful, knowledgeable and I entrusted him with many years of memories.
