This past spring we were in houston for otc and our gusy for to send our presentation equipment kit. Being a IT tech I was the goto person to solve this problem and after a few dalls LD systems saved our butts by getting us some wireless mics and a controller system. They delivered them with a setup rep in a few hours for our presentation meetin. Pretty damn good rental service and you can tell these guys are legit. When we head here next year we definitely will go with LD systems for our equipment needs at the conference instead of lugging that stuff across the country.

I have worked with LD Systems in the Houston Theatre District for several years. When searching for unique equipment I have always been able to count on assistance from David and Paul in rentals. The integration service team does excellent work with their AV and stage lighting installations and they have always been very helpful and professional onsite. Ryan has helped train our team on the new screens installed in the lobbies and willing to trouble shoot when issues arise.
They provide affordable ongoing AV maintenance plans and are the best in town for professional equipment needs and production support. Also, enjoy they AV setup every year at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

I recently took in some youth center PA speakers that were not working. The staff was really helpful and overall did a great job! They have the repair pricing easily available to see which was important to my boss. The only suggestion was that the storefront was a bit hard to find since it's not the front door or marked well. The receptionist was super great and showed us where to go and they helped with a cart to carry the speakers.

I made a yelp account so i could leave a bad review for this business due to how I was treated by an employee of theirs. I was not happy with how this employee treated me or my friend and I made it known here on yelp!, I hate leaving bad reviews and have only done so twice in the span of a year and a half. but the employee here was SO awful that I decided to leave one anyway.
Jump to now, a year and 3 months later and I get contacted by a person named Ryan (who is the marketing director) who was nothing but aggressive and accusatory toward me. How is it LD Systems is the victim in this when I was treated like dirt by an employee? And how does it help your case when you contact me a year later with nothing but accusations and saying how i left the review because I have an "Agenda" againt you?
He also said that I was just using the internet as a "Vengeance tool". The bottom line here is that I was treated terribly by an employee at this business so I left a review and said what happened. thats what Yelp is for! But instead of getting contacted with an apology and asking how it can be fixed, I also get accused of "personally attacking" some dude who was a jerk to me. not the best way to handle a situation in my opinion. If anything it really shows and expands on how I was treated while I was there. Super unfortunate.
